Mary E. Lytle
Attorney

MARY E. LYTLE graduated from Furman University in 1990 with a major in political science. She then obtained her Juris Doctorate degree with honors from Florida State University College of Law in 1993.  She also served on the Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law.  Initially she practiced overseas in the U.S. Territory of Guam before returning to the state of Florida where she became a member of the Florida Bar.

During her practice, Attorney Lytle has spent the majority of her career practicing exclusively in the area of employment law, representing both employees and employers. Her practice includes the handling of cases involving discrimination, retaliation, unpaid overtime, violations of the Family Medical Leave Act, whistleblower cases, non-compete contracts, workers compensation retaliation and other employment related causes of action.

Her past community affiliations include Co-Editor of the Orange County Bar Briefs, positions on the Board of Central Florida Women Lawyers including President-Elect, service on the Board of Christian Service Center, Chair for the Feed the Need Committee, Guardian Ad Litem for abused and neglected children and pro bono service for various clients.

She is admitted to practice before all state courts in Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. She serves as Managing Partner for the Firm.

David V. Barszcz

DAVID V. BARSZCZ received his Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Florida where he majored in history and was a “walk on” wide receiver for the Gator Football team.  He attended Barry University’s School of Law where he was a member of both the Trial Team and Moot Court.  After receiving his Juris Doctor degree, he practiced law in the areas of personal injury and worker’s compensation law.

 

With a desire to hone his trial skills, Attorney Barszcz became an assistant public defender where he successfully tried and defended numerous criminal cases ranging from DUI’s and bar fights, to burglary and murder. After transitioning back to civil practice, he has devoted his entire professional efforts and law practice on employment related matters.  He is a seasoned trial attorney who leads the Firm in all trial related proceedings.

Attorney Barszcz is admitted to practice before all state courts in Florida, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, and the Northern District of Texas.
